Approximately 20% of all people in England & Wales are over the age of 60. With the increase of life expectancy, this figure can only get higher. The needs for a solicitor for clients within this age bracket is therefore very important. Our system ensures that all clients within this age range can be selected for specific marketing purposes at the touch of a button. We have designed an easy to use and intuitive system of work.

Estate accounts can easily be calculated using Excel associated spreadsheets.

Wills & Deeds

We supply you with standard wills; including precedents for will related documents. We can assist you with the addition onto our system of your own current precedents if required.

A database is included within the core system to add Executors, Third Parties, Beneficiaries, Properties etc

There is also a movement log available, referenced via the client number to assist with location of original and copy documents and a freeform notes area for inclusion of special clauses, value etc…

As Marketing is an area all firms are aware of, there is the added feature of a review date function that is linked into an automatic document generation facility, thus enabling automatic mail outs to relevant clients at any given point e.g. a reminder in 3 years for clients to update their wills at the touch of a button..
