Standard agendas are already workflows including standard documents are currently set up for the following:

•    Road Traffic Accident
•    Personal Injury (Conditional Fee)  special reporting schedule for lower value claims (<£10,000)
•    Personal Injury (General)

For more specialised agenda workflows, you are given adequate training on the creation of new documents and agendas.

Key Dates

You are given the ability to set up limitation dates, either automatically as the case starts or manually at any point.
All dates can be changed to accommodate those cases where non-standard directions are given. Defendant dates can be logged to help ensure that court orders are adhered to.

Time Recording

Monitor your transactions by time recording the length of time between stages of a case.  A full time recording facility is incorporated within the system. You can choose one of the three options in which your time can be recorded. Either by manual input on the screen, or on an integral “clock” button which allows you to start and stop clocks as necessary to avoid missed and inaccurate time recordings, or the third method where you can record all documents automatically time recorded directly to the client’s ledger as you link to word.

Contact Databases

You are even able to separate the interested parties on a case into approved and non-approved lists. Separately categorise experts, witnesses, insurance companies etc.. into easily accessible areas.
The integration with your accounting system is seamless and can be completed within a two week time scale upon confirmation of your order.
