Matrimonial

Within our matrimonial section of the software, we have the following categories available:

•    Divorce
•    Children
•    Matrimonial (general) - both legal aid & private documents
•    Ancillary Relief
•    Change of Name

Our general Matrimonial workflows operate according to the Legal Aid Franchising requirements. You are able to merge the categories as appropriate, i.e. a Children’s workflow can be merged and added onto a general matrimonial file, should the need arise. The system is extremely flexible and allows you to work in a way that suits you. Standard clauses and precedents are easily obtainable and you may tailor these documents to your own individual preferences if required.

All details are retained on file for future reference. Information need only be entered once and then used again as required. This can be anything from details of the marriage, petitioner, names and dates of birth of children etc.. the system is flexible enough to enable you to choose and specify which details are to be collected and retained.

Legal Aid coding is added as standard to the system and calculations are automatically attributed to the correct fixed fees.  Advocacy charging is also catered for.
