Our Employment section of the software, deals with employment cases to the Tribunal stage, completing the IT2 and IT3 forms as appropriate.
Workflows are amendable to fit in with your current working practices and all documents can be changed to suit your requirements. Adding or taking away documents from workflows is extremely simple and training is given accordingly.
Our general Employment workflow operates according to the Legal Aid Franchising requirements and the Controlled Contract reports are completed automatically for you. The Controlled Matter Start Form and Consolidated Matter Report form can be printed and re-printed at the touch of a button. The system is extremely flexible and allows you to work in a way that suits you. Standard clauses and precedents are easily obtainable and you may tailor these documents to your own individual preferences if required.
All details are retained on file for future reference. Information need only be entered once and then used again as required. This can be anything from details of the start of employment, length of service, dismissal date etc.. the system is flexible enough to enable you to choose and specify which details are to be collected and retained.
