Our software contains the standard coding structure and billing rates as supplied from the CDS, and is updated accordingly as these codes change. Our clients have informed us that our software has been instrumental in their saving hours of work that they previously attributed to working out the bills for criminal clients.

As you complete your work, the system will time record relevant actions completed and will automatically create the CDS11s for any class or level of work. Non Standard fees are also identified and a CDS7 is produced. When the monthly CDS6 is completed, our software optionally posts the bills to the client ledgers and writes down the time automatically. CDS9’s are also calculated and produced to include Police station duty standby and Court Duty session work.

All letters are automatically recorded onto files and costs information attributed accordingly. Prompts are available through the diary system and automatically appear upon completion of other tasks. Prompts are categorised e.g. Court Dates – to enable a court diary listing only - to be obtained.

There is a full case history available on our software at the touch of a button. You can access all documents created on a case instantaneously.

File Reviews can also be set up with a reminder to the relevant Fee Earner that the case is now available for review.
