Meridian Legal Systems are the sole suppliers and developers of Solpak - an integrated, modular, software product designed to reduce the costs, speed the throughput and increase the profitability of all types of legal offices.

Phase I – Evaluation

No one is born with the knowledge of IT and where required, we can assist in the explanation of more technical aspects of computing in an easy to understand way. Our initial consultation approaches the implementation of IT through all levels, from advice on hardware, networking, internet/e-mail and web sites, to the evaluation of your working practices. We will help you to understand each of the options available to you. We also offer a staff evaluation day to assess the levels of IT knowledge and competence of your employees. This will, in turn, assist you in your evaluation of training requirements. We can then train every member of your staff from the beginner to the more experienced user dependent upon their level of expertise.

Phase II – Planning

After evaluation comes the planning stage for the implementation of your new working practices. This looks at your time frame for the new system’s implementation, generally commencing with the conversion of accounting data to ensure continuity of reporting evaluation, or the changes could be as simple as the variation of the structure and design of work flow agendas and precedents, thus ensuring a uniform way of working - office wide.

Phase III – Implementation

Our staff will install your system complete with any changes as required with the least disruption to your working day. Training can be carried out prior to or after the installation process. Some firms find the training of departments separately help with their differing needs and requirements.

Phase IV – Review

We return to your offices and complete a full review of your new working environment.
  1. Is the new system satisfying your initial outlined objectives.
  2. Are we succeeding in the creation of a working environment where your staff remain positive.
  3. Is further training likely to improve any aspect of your organizational methods of working

You should become a self-sufficient unit, able to develop your systems in the best way pertinent to your working practices. In short, we train you and guide you to understanding IT and the benefits that can be achieved and in turn, this will empower you and your staff. We are of course available for extra help should this be required.
